Our carrots are carefully packaged in a Mylar pouch with a nitrogen flush and oxygen absorber. This is to maintain the vegetable’s freshness for the next fifteen years if it’s kept in a cool and dark place. To rehydrate, add three parts water to one part carrots and let them soak in the water for about twenty minutes or until the desired texture is reached.
